Description
The Otter Creek 41 is a 41 acre property in eastern Vigo County just minutes from Brazil, IN 47834. This property has just a little over 14 acres of tillable ground and 27 acres of wooded ground. Otter Creek runs through the property from east to west. East Auk Avenue and North Eppert also cross the property. These roads split the property into three pieces. The east split is mostly tillable. The west split is half tillable, and half wooded and the south split is all wooded. This is a nice area, and it has produced some very nice whitetail deer. The wild turkey population is strong also.
This property would be a good candidate for the CRP program, with the tillable being in the floodplain. This property is priced to move.
