I was born and raised in Lapel, Indiana, where my connection to land started early. I worked for local farmers growing up and spent most of my time outdoors. My dad introduced me to hunting at a young age, and some of my best memories come from those early days in the woods with family and friends. Today, that same connection carries into time spent outdoors with my own family.
Before real estate, I spent over a decade with Remy Inc., where I worked as an international sales manager in the heavy-duty division. I later started Ellison Management Group, working with businesses and investors focused on high-growth opportunities. Land always stood out to me, especially after seeing firsthand how it builds long-term value. That experience pushed me to pursue land real estate full time.
To me, land is more than a transaction. It is something we are responsible for. I actively work to improve the land I manage by planting trees and removing invasive species. I believe in leaving it better than we found it, and that mindset carries into every property I represent.
Indiana offers a wide range of land types, from fertile farmland in Central Indiana to the rolling hills and timber of Brown County, along with wetlands and shoreline near Lake Michigan. Understanding those differences allows me to better guide clients based on their goals.
