Great Broker

An introduction to Chad came by way of a mutual friend who told me he knew someone who could answer some questions for me about selling a farm (with another broker). Chad took my call, gave me his best insights for 30 minutes and never once tried to sell me - in fact, I didn't even know he was a broker until I asked what he did in the ag industry at the very end of our call. When he told me, I said, "Well, why can't I just do this with you?!" because that's how much I liked him already!
