Legacy land ownership
I was raised in Terre Haute, Indiana, where my connection to land started at a young age. Spending time outdoors hunting and learning the land shaped how I see property today. Those early experiences taught me to understand wildlife, soil, water, and the small details that reveal what a piece of land is truly capable of.
I graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Forestry, and my career has been built around land ever since. I have spent over 22 years working in the hardwood timber and lumber industry while practicing forestry, along with 20 years running my own conservation and land management business. That experience gives me a deep understanding of timber value, habitat improvement, and long-term land stewardship.
After purchasing a legacy property of my own, I saw firsthand how meaningful land ownership can be. That experience led me to focus on helping others find and invest in properties they can enjoy for generations. Today, I work with clients across western and southwestern Indiana, helping them evaluate land based on its long-term potential, not just its current condition.
Indiana offers a strong mix of fertile soil, productive farmland, diverse timber, and excellent recreational opportunities. Understanding how those elements work together allows me to guide clients toward smart decisions whether they are buying, selling, or improving land.
