Torry Miller

Torry Miller was born in Decatur County Indiana, where he resides with his wife and children today. Torry developed "old school" values and a strong work ethic from growing up on a row crop farm, which he continues to operate. He began hunting small game at an early age with his father, and later developed a passion for bowhunting whitetails. His love of agriculture and hunting continued to develop into a passion for land stewardship. Whether it is habitat for game, or tillable farmground, Torry understands the financial and emotional value in each parcel of land. Torry has been an officer and manager in family owned agricultural dealerships which provides him the business knowledge behind land transactions. Torry is a member of QDMA, NWTF, and Mossy Oak's Gamekeepers. In his personal time, he enjoys hunting, habitat improvement, camping, and spending time with his family. Testimonials

75 Acres Decatur Co
I've known Torry for about 4 years as a representative of Mossy Oak Properties who help citizens sell or buy certain types of property that might not fit into the run of the mill residences or farm land. They specialize in helping you with your situation no matter what it is. Ours was 75 acres of wooded terrain, surrounded by Sand Creek on two sides with a pole barn, electric, water well, septic system and an operating natural gas well. Secluded well off SR 3, and 1/2 mile back in the forest. When I called Torry, it was obvious he was positively enthusiastic about the opportunity. He came to the property, introduced himself and explained that he felt ours was a niche and maybe narrow segment of the market. It would be considered a small section of the larger market, but some times in high demand because of its location, pristine condition and seclusion. Torry went to work with narrative and aerial pictures of our 75 acres. He was always very personable and extremely knowledgeable of his area of expertise. He would take time explaining to us the mechanics of the agreements he had asked us to sign and describe the pros and cons of different ways we could go when we were trying to decide one way or the other, without putting pressure on to respond in either way. Torry is also very knowledgeable in farming, and the farming equipment, repairing and supplies, forestry and of course the other real estate business. We really enjoyed Torry's professional and friendly personality and would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a fair and professional representative to help them through the process of preparing for sale and sale of their property. Torry showed willingness to go through heroics to make the sale of the farm work. He worked with family members from other states, taking the time to understand what each person wanted to broker a great, “thinking outside the box” option that had everyone ready to sign. We appreciate his patience and tenacity so much.

We recently sold our first house. The first realtor we tried working with, a big name from a large real estate company in the area, let it sit on the market for 6 months with no interest in touching it or keeping in contact with us once we moved away. We finally interviewed several other agents before switching to Torry Miller with Mossy Oak Properties. He made a great impression from the start and retained excellent standards and communication throughout the process of getting our house sold, which officially closed 3 months after relisting with him. A++ all around. He even went out of his way to help us find a company to work with when we needed some things done in the house. Excellent realtor from start to close and we highly and very confidently recommend his services.
