The South Pike 16 is located just south of Arthur in Pike County, Indiana.

The property is all wooded and has some good timber. The property has some permanently flooded timber that could make for great waterfowl hunting and also creates some great pinch points for bowhunting whitetails. There is great deer sign and a good history of nice bucks being taken from the property. Located in a great area, this property is close to the south fork of the Patoka River and is adjacent to a large block of recently clear cut timber that grown back will be excellent wildlife habitat and will no doubt hold many nice deer in the neighborhood. Property is secluded in the middle of the block and is accessed from a gated easement road.
