Brouilletts Creek Tillable is a 35 acre property in Vermillion County just west of Clinton, IN 47842. This parcel has a 3.8 acre building site. That site has power, city water available, and road frontage for that new home. The remaining 32 acres are in mostly tillable production. Half of these acres lie in the floodplain. This property would be a great candidate for CRP. The adjoining acres to the south could also be purchased. This area of Vermillion County is well known for its waterfowl numbers. With a little work, this property could be an outstanding hunting place for duck and geese. With part of the west edge of the property being Brouillettes Creek, some nice freshwater fishing can be done during the summer. The creek also creates a natural travel route for the resident animals to cross the property. Signs of beaver, raccoons, otters and other small game can be seen in the sandy muddy edges of the creek. The whitetail deer sign is present along the creek as well and on the east side of the property that borders the wooded acres.
