42.5 Acres Located in Switzerland County, Indiana
This farm is set up for deer and turkey hunting!!
This farm has a 40 x 50 barn with a camper in the barn for deer camp. The barn has electric and water. New siding and roof were placed in 2012. This farm would be great for any hunter. There is a 10 acre field that has been planted as a food plot every year, and it attracts deer from the creek bottoms. In one of the fields there is a platform built on stilts to put your blind on. It is nice as you are able to see above the field. There is also a half of an acre field in the creek bottom that would make a perfect food plot with those big bucks roaming the creek bottoms. It also makes a great strut zone for turkeys. There is not a lack of big bucks on this property as there are pictures for proof. The landowner started trophy hunting 4 years ago and has been passing all bucks under 140 inches. There is a beautiful creek that flows through the property and goes directly into the Ohio River. This property has multiple benches on it that the deer are using as travel corridors.
You can either use this farm as a weekend get away hunting camp or bring your drawings and build a nice house with beautiful views. For a private showing, please call or text Dylan Badinghaus 513-508-6490 or email [Email listed above].
