I’m John Wright, and I’m proud to represent Mossy Oak Properties Indiana Land & Lifestyle. My background has always been connected to land, work, and real-world property use. I have experience in logging, land development, building homes, hunting, law enforcement, and commercial properties.

That experience gives me a practical understanding of real estate. I do not just look at bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. I look at the timber, the access, the lay of the land, the buildings, the driveway, the drainage, the usability, and what a buyer can actually do with the property.

I help sellers understand what they have and how to market it properly. I help buyers look past the surface and understand the real value, potential, and limitations of a property. Whether it is a country home, hunting property, timber tract, commercial property, or development opportunity, my goal is to provide honest guidance and clear communication from start to finish.

I am also blessed with an amazing wife and six kids. Faith, family, hard work, and doing things the right way are important to me, and I try to bring that same mindset into every client relationship.

Notable Experience

Logging and timber background - 19 years of experience in logging with my family business.

Land development experience - Approximately 20,000 acres managed over 19 years.

Home building experience - Built several homes with my brothers and my own home.

Hunting and recreational land knowledge - Grew up hunting, fishing, and recreational use. Developed properties with habitat specialists using heavy equipment, putting in ponds, food plots, roads, and habitat for the wild life.

Law enforcement background -5 years served as a deputy in Martin County.
