Jimmy Rade was born and raised on a small farm in Mt. Zion, IL. This is where he learned his appreciation for God and the great outdoors. After high school, Jimmy joined the Army National Guard where he served 20 years, served in Afghanistan and retired as a Company First Sergeant. Jimmy earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a concentration in Fish and Wildlife Management. With his farm life and hunting upbringing combined with his post-army career as a real estate broker, bumping into the folks at Mossy Oak Properties sealed the deal for Jimmy to be in his prime work location.
Jimmy is married to his beautiful wife, Deana, and is the proud father to his son, Austin, daughter, Alivia, and stepsons, Corbin and Connor. He is a member of Passion Community Church, the Mt. Zion Chamber of Commerce, and the Odd Fellows Lodge of Mt. Zion. In his spare time (when it's not deer season), Jimmy enjoys fishing, land management for wildlife and gaining new insights to real estate. His attention to detail, diligence and honesty has earned the trust of many, not just in real estate, but all walks of life. He will always go the extra mile for his clients simply because its the right thing to do.
